EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR SUPPLY OF LOCAL INDIGENEOUS GOATS FOR PASTORALISTS IN BURCO, BEELE EEDAY, BEER, QOYTA AND BOORAAMO VILLAGES - BURCO DISTRICTS- OF TOGDHEER REGION SOMALILAND-ADVERTISEMENT

BACKGROUND INFORMATION  World Vision International Somaliland program is a child focused and community based, relief and development agency. World Vision Somaliland office through Common Humanitarian Fund of OCHA is implementing Resilience in Food Security and Livelihood project in Six Villages in Burco district Togdheer region. The project has components on Restocking. The component will be implemented in 6 community sites namely;Qoyta, Beer, Booraamo and Burco  Villages, Burco districtTogdheer  Region To achieve this component, qualified suppliers/vendors- with experience in livestock distribution and have financial capacity to do so are hereby invited to express interest in supply of 2520, 18 months to 30 months old does (she goats). The breed of the goat should either be; dheg dher or dheg yar or Somali arab goats. The expression of interest should be given in the following format;

  PLEASE NOTE;  For supply of goats;  

1. The quoted price Must be inclusive of transport cost to and distribution of the goats in Gargara and Garbodadar in Lughaya District:


2. All the goats to be supplied will be inspected by the veterinary department of Ministry of Livestock Somaliland to ensure that they are free from any diseases.


3. If you qualify for the tender, communication will be done and contract will be issued to you specifying the tender details. Any alteration in prices after the contract has been issued will not be accepted and may lead to cancellation of the contract


4. Our Payments are strictly done by CHEQUE after the delivery/ discharging your items/services as described above.


5. Quotation with your company/business/firm stamp/ seal and telephone number and or the following valid and up to date registration documents, proof of doing similar work for which we have advertised, tax compliant certificate to be submitted, in a sealed envelope to;
